At Tire4Sale, we stand by the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive refund and return policy valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Eligibility For Return
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items that have been driven on or show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for return. Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Warranty
Tires are covered by the tire manufacturer’s warranty and are sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification acknowledging the reception. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account. If the refund is not reflected, contact your credit card company and bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@tire4sale.ca for assistance.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.
Return for Refund or Exchange:
All returns must be inspected by Tire4Sale within 30 days of delivery. Only unused, undamaged products qualify for return. Orders picked up at our distribution centers are eligible for immediate return or exchange on the same day of pickup. For returns after the same day, please contact us at 1-888-533-2779 for assistance.
Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, mail your product to the provided physical address. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
